What a wonderful story about the history of Brisbane!!!! It is well worth a visit to see the great display of items in the house with great information shared by the tour guides. Morning Tea on the balcony with fresh scones, jam and cream with tea/coffee was great.

If you are interested in the history and shaping of Queensland, this is a 'must see' place to visit. Drop in and experience the ambience and a wonderful Devonshire Tea on the verandah.

Thank you to the lovely Volunteers at Miegunyah House. What a beautiful morning we had with the very enchanting Michael who was our tour guide. This man is a wealth of knowledge. We were captivated and entertained with Michael's stories of days gone by of the Perry family. The morning tea of fresh scones, jam and cream on the verandah was most scrumptious.
